Receta Round Steak Italiano

Ingredientes
- 2 pound round steak, cut 3/4" thick
- 8 ounce. bulk Italian sausage
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans (2 c.) tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. apple juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
Direcciones
- Cut steak into 8 servings. Lb. to about 1/2 inch thickness. In skillet brown steaks in a small amount of veg. oil; remove from skillet.
- In same skillet brown sausage breaking up into small pcs. Drain off excess fat. Add in tomato sauce, apple juice, onion, garlic salt, oregano and pepper to sausage. Return steak to skillet. Cover and simmer 50-60 min or possibly till meat is tender. Serve over warm buttered noodles. Pass grated Parmesan cheese.
