Receta Round Steak Veal Parmesan

Ingredientes
- 1 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- Butter
- 1 pkg. steak
- 1 egg
- 8 ounce. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce or possibly sm. jar spaghetti sauce
Direcciones
- Dip steak in egg. Combine corn flake crumbs with Parmesan cheese and roll egg coated steak in combined crumbs. Heat butter in casserole dish. Place steak in dish and bake in oven 20 min on one side and 20 min on other side at 400 to 425 degrees. After steak has baked, add in sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Return to oven to heat cheese.
