Receta Stuffed Round Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 (3-4 ounce) can mushrooms, sliced
- Water
- 1 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 3 T butter, melted
- 1 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 - 2 pound round steak, tenderized
- 3 T oil
- 1 (3/4 ounce) env. brown gravy mix
- 1/2 c. dry sherry
- 2 T minced green onion
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
Direcciones
- Drain mushrooms (save liquid). Add in water to liquid to make one cup. Put together stuffing mix, mushrooms, butter and cheese; spread on steak. Roll up, jelly roll style and tie with string. Brown steak roll in oil in Dutch oven; pour off excess oil. Put together gravy mix, mushroom liquid, wine, onion and garlic. Add in to Dutch oven and bring to boil. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hrs.
