- 1/2 x Thai chile
- Â Â Ginger, fresh, peeled (1/2")
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 3 c. Assorted fresh fruit

- Cook Time:1:00 Cut up fruit into bite-sized chunks. Grind ginger and pepper. Add in ketjap manis and lemon juice. Pour over the fruit and mix gently. Let stand an hour or possibly more before serving.
