Ingredientes
- 125 x butter at roam temperatune
- 125 x icing sugar sifted
- 2 x Large eggs beaten
- 3 Tbsp. double cream
- 310 gm plain flour sifted
Direcciones
- Gently cream the butter and the sugar.
- Add in the Large eggs slowly mixing well.
- Add in the cream.
- Add in the flour all at once and mix to a smooth paste.
- Divide the dough in half.
- Wrap separately in cling film and store in the refrigerator.
- Serves 4
