Ingredientes
- 1 lb Canned salmon
- 1 c. Cooked rice
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Onion, chopped
- 2 tsp Green pepper, minced
- 1 tsp -Salt
- 2 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. ,Water
Direcciones
- Mix all ingreds except soup & water. Roll misture into small balls; place in shallow baking pan. Cover w/soup & water mix. Bake 30 mins @ 350F
- (180C).
