Receta Salmon Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce.) can salmon
- 2 whole Large eggs
- 1 c. dry bread crumbs or possibly crackers
Direcciones
- (If using bread crumbs, add in a little salt.)
- Grease baking pan with butter. Fold in bowl salmon, using fork to break up salmon (remove center bones).
- Mix the Large eggs and crumbs into the salmon till mix is gummy. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour. Place strips of cheese on top and broil for about 2 min and serve.
