Ingredientes
- 1 (15 ounce.) can red salmon
- 1/2 sleeve or possibly approx. 15 Saltines
- 2 Large eggs
Direcciones
- Clean salmon, discarding all but the red salmon meat. Break up with fork. Crush crackers in plastic bag with rolling pine till they are fine. Add in to salmon. Beat Large eggs and add in to mix. Mix well. Form into patties. Fry in butter till brown.
