Ingredientes
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can red or possibly pink salmon or possibly Jack Mackerel
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. toasted bread crumbs or possibly Ritz crackers
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Onion salt to taste
- All-purpose flour
- Warm salad oil
Direcciones
- Drain salmon; remove skin and bones. Flake salmon with fork. Add in next 5 ingredients, blending well; shape mix into croquettes. Coat with flour. Pan fry in hot oil till golden, turning only once. Yield: 6 servings.
