Ingredientes
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/2 c. Bottled clam juice
- 1 Tbsp. Wondra flour
- 1 x Green onion, minced
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh dill or possibly 1 Tbs.
- Â Â Dillweed, 1/4
- 12 ounce Fettuccine, freshly cooked
- 6 ounce Thinly sliced smoked salmon
- Â Â Cut crosswise into 1/2 inch
- Â Â Wide strips
- 1 Tbsp. Liquid removed capers
Direcciones
- Bring cream, clam juice and flour to boil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Add in pasta; toss till sauce thickens, about 2 min. Add in salmon, green onions, dill and capers; toss to blend. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
