Receta Salmon In Potato Crust

Ingredientes
- 12 ounce Potatoes, shredded
- 1 med Onion, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Dry tarragon
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper, fresh grnd
- 4 x Salmon fillets, 4oz each
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- 1. In medium bowl, combine potatoes, onion, tarragon, salt and pepper.
- Place salmon on wax paper; press half the potato mix proportionately over salmon. Carefully turn salmon over and repeat with remaining potato mix.
- 2. In large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Place salmon in skillet; cook 4 min on each side, or possibly till potatoes are golden brown.
