Receta Salmon With Dill/Mustard Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Reduced-fat, cholesterol-
- Â Â Free mayonnaise dressing
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1Â 1/2 lb Salmon fillet
- 1 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat boiler if manufacturer directs.
- 2. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise dressing, dill, lowfat milk and mustard. set aside
- 3. With tweezers, remove any small bones from salmon fillet. Cut salmon crosswise into 4 pcs.
- 4. Grease broiling rack. Place salmon pcs on rack skin-side down. Brush top of salmon with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil salmon 5-7 inches from heat for about 8-10 min (depending on the thickness of the fillets), or possibly till golden brown on top and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- 5. Place salmon on 4 dinner plates; top with mustard sauce.
