Receta Salsa Cruda (Fresh Salsa)

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Tomatoes, peeled and minced.
- 4 x Tomatillos, husked and minced.
- 2 x Fresh Anaheim chiles, seeded and minced.
- 5 x Green onions, minced.
- 2 x Fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd black pepper (one half, not 1 to 2!)
- 1/4 tsp Salt.

- Makes about 2 c..
- In lidded jar, combine all ingredients and marinate for at least one hour.
- May be stored for about 2-3 weeks in refrigerator.
