Ingredientes
- 4 x Chiles gueros
- 1 x Tomato, peeled & seeded
- 6 x Sprigs cilantro, minced
- 1 x Small onion, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, crushed
- 1 x Canned serrano, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 x Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 x Healthy pinch sugar
Direcciones
- Simmer gueros in boiling water for 5 min. Drain, stem and seed. Puree with remaining ingredients. Cook in skillet, stirring constantly, 2-3 min.
