Receta Salsa De Chili Colorado
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. can whole tomatoes
- 8 green onion
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Whole red chili tepins
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr (optional)
Direcciones
- Drain tomatoes, save juice. Blend tomatoes and chili tepins in blender, using amount of chilies according to taste (6 will make it warm - caliente). Chop onion and cilantro. Put all ingredients in bowl including juice liquid removed from tomatoes. Add in salt, oregano and garlic pwdr to taste. Stir and let set in refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Ready for dipping.
