Receta Salsa

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Tomato, seeded and minced
- 1/2 x Onion, minced (more if desired)
- 1 x Green (or possibly yellow or possibly red or possibly all 3) pepper, seeded and minced fine
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Sugar (this draws out the juices of the veggies) (up to 1/2)
- 1/2 tsp Salt (or possibly more to taste)
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients into a bowl. Mix well. Let sit on counter for at least an hour, covered with plastic wrap, stirring every once in a while. Before serving, add in a sprinkling of cilantro, fresh or possibly dry. If desired, you can add in a minced garlic clove. We like to eat it with ff tortilla chips, or possibly on rice. Of course, you can make as big or possibly small a batch as you like. Just play with it, and you'll get the right combo of vinegar, salt and sugar. If desired the heat (that I do not), add in jalapenos.
