Ingredientes

1 c. butter
1/4 c. confectioners= sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. water
2 c. flour
1 c. minced pecan meats

Direcciones

Cream 1 c. butter and 1/4 c. confectioners= sugar; add in vanilla extract and water. Add in flour; mix well and add in minced pecan meats. Form small rolls, 1 1/2 inches long.
Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven at 300 degrees for 20 min or possibly till delicately browned. While warm, roll in confectioners sugar.
Yield: 3 dozen.
