Receta Santa Fe Party dip
this dip goes well for many occasions, an impromptu party, tailgaiting, a potuck at work. We affectionately call it "Crack dip" because once you take the first bite you can"t stop
Ingredientes
- 1 lb of bulk sausage (jimmy dean eyc)
- 1 or 2 8oz pkgs of cream cheese
- 1 or 2 cans Rotel - any flavor
- fresh cilantro
Direcciones
- in large skillet or pot brown the sausage, draining off any excess grease
- add 1 pkg of cream cheese and 1 can of Rotel. Stir gently until crean cheese is completely meted and all ingredients mixed well.
- this will produce a very thick dip, if you like your dip a little creamier then add the second pkg of cream cheese and can of Rotel untill all ingredients are melted and mixed well.
- I usually serve this in a small crock pot if I am at home, if not, then in a decorative dish with chips on the side
