Receta Sauerkraut Potato Hot Dish

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 quart. sauerkraut or possibly 27 ounce. can
- 5 medium potatoes, cooked, cooled and shredded
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- Brown grnd beef with onion, salt and pepper. Drain grnd beef. Combine with 1 can mushroom soup. Put this in the bottom of large casserole (grease or possibly spray with non stick cooking spray).
- Spread sauerkraut on top of meat mix. Then layer shredded potatoes on top of the sauerkraut.
- Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees. Add in grated cheese on top. Return to oven for 15 min just to heat cheese.
