- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 egg
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 T prepared mustard
Direcciones
- Mix first 5 ingredients. Shape into 24 small balls. Brown in large frying pan, drain. Heat cranberry sauce slowly. Add in mustard and meatballs plus 1/2 cup water and simmer 20 min.
