Ingredientes
- 1 c. Butter
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 x Unsweetened chocolate
- 11/2 c. Confectioners sugar
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Direcciones
- Ea CHOCOLATE ICING 1/2 c butter CAKE: Cream butter till fluffy. Add in sugar and cream well. Add in Large eggs one at a time. Beat well. Sift flour, baking pwdr and salt together. Add in alternating with lowfat milk ending with flour. Beat on low speed. Add in vanilla.
- Pour into greased, floured pans.
- Makes three layers. Bake at 350for 30 min. Test for doneness.
- CHOCOLATE ICING: Heat butter and chocolate in double boiler. Remove from heat. Blend sugar, egg, salt and vanilla into chocolate mix. Beat till icing is creamy. Double for threelayers.
