Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3/4 c. Sliced onions
- 1 c. Diced red apples
- 3 c. Shredded green cabbage
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 lb Prepared pork sausage minced
- 1 Tbsp. Bayou Blast see * Note
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a large skillet heat oil with onions and apples over medium heat; sweat till onions are tender, about 5 min. Mix in cabbage and toss well. Add in broth, sausages and season to taste with Bayou Blast. Cook just till cabbage wilts. Transfer mix to a baking dish. Bake till warm and golden brown-brown, about 25 min.
