Receta Steamed Alaska Pollock Gardiniere

Ingredientes
- 3 c. diagonally sliced Swiss chard or possibly spinach
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 4 x pollock fillets - (3 to 5 ounce ea) thawed if necessary
- 2 tsp lemon or possibly lime juice
- 4 x thin lemon slices
- 4 x thin tomato slices
- 1 tsp chopped fresh basil
- Â Â (or possibly 1/4 tspn dry basil/ crushed)
Direcciones
- Place Swiss chard on heatproof dish or possibly directly on steamer rack over boiling water; season chard with salt and pepper. Arrange pollock on chard, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Place a lemon slice and tomato slice on each portion; sprinkle with basil. Return water to boil; steam about 10 min or possibly till chard is tender and fish flakes when tested with a fork.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
