Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 bunch diced celery
- 2 lbs. country sausage (mild)
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 28 ounce. tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Dash pepper
Direcciones
- Fry sausage; remove grease and add in celery, pepper and oregano and mix. Cook noodles separately, then mix noodles and sausage mix and sauce. Layer and top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min, uncovered. Serve warm. Serves 6.
