Receta Sausage Stuffed French Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 lb Warm sausage
- 1/4 c. Minced celery
- 1/4 c. Green pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- Â Â Sliced Monterey Jack cheese
Direcciones
- Slice loaf of French bread in half; lengthwise and pick out the inside of the loaf. Reserve the crumbs. Cook sausage, green pepper and celery till sausage is brown. Drain. Add in bread crumbs to sausage mix; mix well. Mix lowfat milk and Large eggs together and add in to sausage mix. Place sausage mix in bread. Top with cheese; put the top of bread on and spread with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. You can use shred- ded sharp Cheddar cheese if you like.
