Receta Sausage Stuffed Zucchini

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. zucchini
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 1/4 c. onions, minced
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/2 c. crushed saltines
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Salt
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
Direcciones
- Cut zucchini lengthwise. Scoop out pulp; set aside, leaving 1/4" shell. Chop pulp up for 1 c.. Add in to sausage mix. Cook sausage and onions; drain. Cook zucchini in water, shells turns upside down. Add in remaining ingredients except paprika to sausage and onions. Stuff zucchini with sausage mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Sprinkle with paprika.
