Receta Sauteed Chicken Breast With Balsamic Vinegar And Crimini

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Chicken breast halves, skin on, bones off
- Â Â (about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 lb Crimini mushrooms thinly sliced
- Â Â and quartered
- 2 c. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. Unsalted butter
Direcciones
- In a 12- to 14-inch skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil till smoking. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place skin-side down into warm pan. Cook till skin is dark golden, careful not to burn the skin. Turn breasts over in skillet and add in vinegar, tomato paste and butter and stir till smooth. Lower heat and simmer 8 to 10 min, or possibly till chicken is cooked through. If liquid dissipates, add in more balsamic vinegar. Place chicken on hot plate, pour sauce over and serve.
