Receta Sauteed Jicama, Leeks And New Mexico Green Chile

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x leeks, thinly sliced
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 2 c. sliced peeled jicama, sliced 1" long 1/4
- 1 x inch thick
- 2 x New Mexico green chiles, roast, peel,
- Â Â seeded, & minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
Direcciones
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, stir in the leeks and garlic and saute/fry over medium heat for 3 to 4 min, stirring occasionally Add in the jicama, chile, and cilantro and cook for another 3 to 4 min. Serve at once.
- SERVING SUGGESTIONS: This is a perfect side dish with broiled fish.
