- Lightly grease a baking pan. Place snapper fillets in pan, side by side. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with mushrooms and onions and 1/4 c. butter. Top with a squeeze of lemon. Cover and bake for 15 to 20 min at 400 degrees.
