Receta Sauteed Steelhead Steaks

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 x Steelhead steaks (4 to 8), about 1" thick
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 2 x Garlic cloves chopped
- 1 tsp Basil
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley
- 2 x Ripe tomatoes peeled, seeded,
- Â Â and minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Heat oil in good-sized skillet. Add in the steaks and saute/fry for 2 to 4 min, turn and finish cooking. Remove the steaks and keep them hot. Add in onions, garlic and seasonings to the skillet and cook for about 2 min then add in the tomatoes. Arrange the steaks over the mix, cover and cook over a medium-low heat for about 10 min, till the fish flakes easily with a fork.
