Receta Savory Broiled Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 shoulder pork chops, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Place chops on rack in broiler pan. Mix mustard and thyme together. Spread half of the mustard mix on chops. Broil about 6 inches from heat source 10 min; turn chops. Spread with remaining mustard mix. Broil 10 min or possibly till chops are nicely browned and done. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 4 servings.
