Receta Savory Tuna Spaghetti

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. very good extra virgin olive oil - (to 3 tbspns)
- 3 x garlic cloves crushed
- 1 x dry red pepper in small pcs
- Â Â Minced Italian parsley
- 4 x plum tomatoes - (to 5) diced
- 1/2 x glass white wine
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper - to taste
- 3/4 lb spaghetti
- 1 can tuna (preferably packed in oil) 6-ounce.
Direcciones
- Boil salted water for the spaghetti. In a medium pan, heat extra virgin olive oil and brown garlic cloves. Add in dry red pepper and cook 30 seconds. Add in a fistful of minced Italian parsley and cook 1 minute. Add in tomatoes, white wine and salt and pepper. Cover and cook at medium heat.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti for 7 to 8 min. Time it carefully; with 5 min to go, add in tuna to the marinara sauce. Stir briefly and cover.
- Drain pasta, transfer to big bowl and mix tuna marinara with pasta. Serve immediately. Utterly delicious, fresh and quick.
