Receta Savoy Cabbage With Smoked Bacon And Shiitake Mushrooms

Ingredientes
- 1/2 ounce Medium diced smoked bacon
- 1/2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 ounce Sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tsp Chopped shallots
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Fresh grnd pepper to taste
- 3 ounce Cabbage leaves
- 1/2 tsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Butter, (optional)
- 1 tsp Sliced chives
Direcciones
- Heat a saucepan over a high heat. Add in the bacon, toss till lightly brown.
- Add in the oil, then the mushrooms, toss till lightly brown, add in the shallots and season to taste. Add in the cabbage leaves, toss the vinegar. Add in the vinegar. Add in the butter (optional). Adjust the seasoning. Then add in chives-serve immediately.
