Receta Cheese And Egg Strudel

Ingredientes
- Melted butter
- 1 pkg. filo dough
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- Juice and rind of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
Direcciones
- Bring filling ingredients to room temperature (about 1 hour). Put together together till well blended. Chill overnight to thicken.Using 3 filo sheets at a time, spread each with melted butter. Put 3 tbsp filling along short end of sheet and roll up tucking ends in as you roll it up. Lay on cookie sheet seam side down. Repeat.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Cut into 2 inch pcs while still hot.
