Receta Scalloped Green Beans

Ingredientes
- 4 strips bacon
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 c. celery
- 1 green pepper
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cans green beans
- 1/2 pound American grated cheese
- 1 can tomatoes
Direcciones
- Fry bacon. Remove bacon and saute/fry onions in bacon fat. Add in celery, green pepper, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook, covered, on lowest heat for 1 hour. Add in cheese. Place liquid removed beans in casserole dish. Crumble bacon over beans and pour sauce on top. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12 people.
