Receta Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 bags sliced dehydrated potatoes
- 1 lb margarine
- 1 bag diced onions
- 1 cup minced garlic
- 1/4 cup thyme
- salt
- pepper
- 3 qt heavy cream
- 8 bay leaves
- 2 qts veggie broth
- 1 bag shredded cheddar
Direcciones
- Soak- reconstitute sliced potatoes.
- In margarine, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper, saute onions until translucent.
- Add potatoes, heavy cream, bay leaves, vegetable stock, and cheddar cheese. Cook on medium until potatoes are almost tender.
- Transfer to a hotel pan and sprinkle top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake 20+ minutes until brown and tender at 350 degrees F.
