- 1 kg potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced
- 1 med onion, coarsely minced
- 1 x 440g can Cream of Pumpkin soup
- Â Â pepper
- 1/2 x soup can lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. breadcrumbs
Direcciones
- Layer potatoes & onions in a shallow casserole. Combine soup & lowfat milk & seasoning. Pour over potatoes, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake 1 hour @ 190 degrees C.
