Receta Sea Foam Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 9 ounce. can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon horseradish
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple well, save juice. Add in water if not 3/4 c.. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add in juice. Refrigeratetill slightly thickened. Beat till frothy.
- Mix remaining ingredients and fold into Jello. Pour into qt mold and refrigeratetill set. Makes 6 servings.
