Receta Sea Scallops Au Gratin

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 6-8 scallops
- 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp. whipping cream
- Mozzarella cheese
- Fresh garlic
- Pepper
Direcciones
- Saute/fry butter and garlic and pepper to taste in pan. Add in scallops and cook for 2 min. Add in mushrooms (as desired) cooking for additional 2 min. Add in 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, whipping cream and hot through. Cover with strips of mozzarella cheese and cover till cheese melts.
