Receta Seafood And Brown Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 c. raw brown rice
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled
- 12 ounce. crabmeat (fresh, canned or possibly frzn)
- 1 jar minced pimentos
- 2 sm. cans mushrooms
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 2 onions, minced
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
Direcciones
- Prepare rice according to package directions. Saute/fry onions, celery and pepper in butter. Add in to cooked rice with shrimp, crab, pimento and mushrooms. Put in greased casserole and season. Pour soup over. Cover and bake 45 min at 350 degrees. Last 10 min, uncover and sprinkle almonds on top. Serves 10-12.
