Receta Seafood Creole
Ingredientes
- 1 can tomatoes, crushed
- 1 can tomato sauce, to thicken
- Onions, peppers, garlic, oregano, cumin, thyme & basil
- Shrimp, lobster, crab legs, etc.
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions, pepper and garlic. Mix onions, peppers and garlic with tomatoes and sauce. Add in spices to taste. Simmer sauce 2 hrs. Then add in seafood of your choice. Serve over rice.
