Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 tbsp. chives
- 1 pkg. crepes
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. sherry
- 1 pound shrimp
- 1 pound crab
Direcciones
- Heat butter in pan. Blend flour, chives and salt in butter. Slowly add in lowfat milk and sherry; cook till thick. Add in crab and shrimp. Fill crepes and roll. Bake 8 to 10 min at 350 degrees.
