Ingredientes
- 5 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 pt Ice water
- 1 Tbsp. Fennel seed
- 2 tsp Black pepper, coarse grind
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp Caraway seed
- 1 Tbsp. Coriander
- 10 lb grnd pork butts
Direcciones
- Refrigeratemeat to 32-34 F before starting. Grind through 1/4" or possibly 3/8" plate.
- Place in mixer and blend all ingredients. Stuff into 32-35mm hog casings.Package and chill imediately.
