Receta "Second Alarm" Ribs With Smokey Barbeque Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb pork, back ribs
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. malt vinegar
- 1/4 c. soya sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hickory liquid, smoke
- 3 clv garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
- Cut the ribs into large sections.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil on high heat and add in the ribs.
- Boil 10 to 15 min, drain, and arrange on a lightly sprayed baking sheet.
- Combine ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, garlic, corn syrup, brown sugar, cayenne, and black pepper in a medium bowl.
- Whisk to a smooth consistency.
- Arrange rib sections, bone side down, on baking sheet and coat with half the sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake on the middle oven rack for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender.
- Heat a grill on medium-low heat.
