Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Butter
- 8 ounce Mushrooms trimmed, and
- Â Â caps only sliced
- 1/4 tsp Grnd orange zest
- 1/2 c. Minced canned plum tomatoes
- 1/4 c. White wine

- 1/2 c. Pitted sliced green olives
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a saucepan saute/fry the mushrooms in butter till soft. Add in the orange zest and tomatoes and white wine. Reduce till thickened. Add in the veal stew and bring to a simmer. Add in olives and season to taste with salt and pepper.
