- 1 c. Cooked mushrooms
- 2 ounce Crumbled or possibly shredded cheese like
- Â Â Mozzarella, goat, Ricotta or possibly extra-sharp

- * Note: One or possibly 2 (8-inch) "Boboli" pizza crusts or possibly, 2 (6-inch) pita breads or possibly, 2 (10- to 12-inch) burrito size tortillas.
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Set the dough (of choice) on a baking sheet. Spread the sauce over the top, then dot with mushrooms and cheese. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 10 min.
