Receta Sesame Broccoli And Cauliflower Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Broccoli, cut into 2-inch pcs
- 1 lb Cauliflower, separated in flowerets
- 1/4 c. Minced green onions
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Chili oil or possibly
- Â Â pn Cayenne pepper
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Lettuce leaves
- Â Â Tomato wedges
Direcciones
- 1. Cook broccoli and cauliflower separately in boiling water till crisp-tender, about 10 min. Rinse under cool water to stop the cooking; drain well. Chill.
- 2. Mix green onions, soy sauce, sesame seeds, sesame oil, honey, chili oil and salt. Taste and adjust seasonings. Toss with broccoli and cauliflower.
- Serve on lettuce leaves. Garnish with tomato wedges.
