Receta Sesame chicken stirfry
A nice blend of sesame , carrots , sweet peppers , cauliflower, broccoli stirfried with some sesame and penut oil.
Ingredientes
- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 green-pepper
- 1/2 red-pepper
- 1/2 yellow-pepper
- 1/2 orange
- 1 tablespoon peanut-oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame-oil
- 1 garlic-clove
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon soysauce
Direcciones
- Dice the chicken into cubes.
- Sautee and sear chicken in a pan /med high heat with oils.
- Brown and reduce heat/cover.
- Cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat to avoid rubbery chicken.
- Once tender add soysauce fry the veggies for 3-4 minutes with the sesame seeds.
- Serve with fried or white rice.
