- 1 green bell pepper, seeded, chunked
- 1/4 pound ham, cubed or possibly chopped
- 4 c. chunked iceberg lettuce
- 2 tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 (3 ounce.) can chow mein noodles
- Sesame dressing

- Drain pineapple. Reserve juice for salad dressing. Toss with next 5 ingredients in a salad bowl. Toss with Sesame Dressing.
