Receta Sesame Salad Toss

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. salad oil
- 1/4 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
- 1 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sesame seed, toasted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash salt
- 1 1/2 c. torn fresh spinach or possibly leaf lettuce
- 1 sm. peach, peeled, pitted, and sliced, or possibly 1 small nectarine, pitted and sliced
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 avocado, seeded, peeled and sliced
Direcciones
- For dressing, in small screw-top jar, combine first 7 ingredients. Cover; shake well. Chill.
- In salad bowl, combine spinach, peach, avocado, and tomatoes. Shake dressing and toss with salad. Makes 2 servings.
